Thomas Clements

Thomas J. Clements on February 1, 2019. Beloved husband of Carol A. (nee Machion). Loving father of Cheryl A. Clements and Thomas M. Clements (Melissa). Dearest grandfather of Adrianna and Elyse Clements. Tom is the brother of Alice Stamn, George Clements and Joan Pacan (Walt) and brother in law of Matthew Machion and Charles Machion (Judith). He is also sadly missed by nieces, nephews and their families. Relatives and friends are invited to gather on Saturday 9 AM in St. Bernard's Church, 7341 Cottage St., Philadelphia, PA 19136. Funeral Mass will begin at 11 AM. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, donations in Tommy's memory to St. Christopher's Hospital for Children, 160 E.
