Tammy on December 28, 2017. Beloved mother of Caitlin Polkowski, R. Gabrielle Polkowski, Vanessa Polkowski and Ashley Polkowski. Also sadly missed by her granddaughter Jadalyn and her parents Thomas Ronan and F. Deborah Devor (nee Shuster). Dear sister of Thomas Ronan Jr. (Carrie), Nicole Atkinson (Mark),Timothy Ronan (Valerie), Tony Ronan (Stephanie), Joseph Devor (Amy) Tiffany Gonzalez, Todd Devor (Lisa) and the late Brian Devor and Christina Ronan.
