Susan C. Hamilton, 53, passed away on June 13, 2025. Daughter of the late Richard and Anna Mae Chajenski. Beloved wife of Paul T. Hamilton. Dear mother of Michael E. Hamilton and stepmother of Jennifer Round (Steve) and Todd Hamilton (Marsha). Also sadly missed by her grandchildren Aidan Hamilton, RJ Hamilton, Blayk Round, Harper Round, Ryan Hamilton, Quinn Hamilton, Patrick Hamilton and Olivia Hamilton. Dear sister of Richard Chajenski and the late Anthony Chajenski. Relatives and friends are invited to gather on Saturday, June 21, 2025 beginning at 9:30 AM at the St. John Cantius Chapel, 4410 E. Thompson St., Philadelphia, PA 19137. Funeral Mass will begin at 11 AM. Burial will be private.
