Robert Rychlak

Robert "Bob" Rychlak passed away on June 2, 2026. Beloved husband of 63 years to Mildred "Millie" (nee Nitka). Loving father to Deborah Binczewski (David) and Dianne Northrop (Clay). Dearest Gramps to Sabrina and Natalie Binczewski and Graham and Ava Northrop. Bob is survived by his siblings Floriann Matuszak, Eugene Rychlak and Loretta Rhoades.

Bob was a lifelong resident of Bridesburg. He worked as a forklift operator at Janney Cylinder Company for more than 25 years and then worked for Alling & Cory/Xpedx until retirement. Bob was a marshal in the Memorial Day Parade for many years. He was an avid reader and enjoyed doing daily crossword puzzles. He loved watching all the Philly sports teams and played baseball and basketball in his youth. Bob and Millie often traveled to enjoy their grandkids' various activities and were proud to attend all of their college graduations. He loved his family and will be dearly missed by all who knew him. 

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing and funeral on Saturday, June 13, 2026 from 10am - 12noon at the Slabinski Sucharski Funeral Home, 2614 Orthodox St. Phila., PA 19137 (parking on premises). Religious services will begin at 12 noon. Interment will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, donations in Bob's name to a charity of your choice would be appreciated by his family.
