Patricia Kathleen Brauer

January 14, 1970 – July 16, 2026

Patricia Kathleen Brauer, lovingly known as Patty, suddenly passed away on July 16, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family.

She leaves behind her four children, Aaron, Denielle, Hailey, and Natalee, as well as her nine amazing grandchildren, Ryleigh, Reya, Sienna, Nathan, Tatum, Dax-Ryan, Elliana, Billie, and Charlie, who brought more love and happiness into her life than words could ever express.

Patty also leaves behind her significant other, Darren Guglielmelli; her siblings, Joseph, Timothy, Colleen, Bernadette, and Jacqueline; and her mother, Jacqueline James.

Anyone who knew Patty knew that, above everything else, she was all about family. She spent most of her adult life creating the loving and caring family that she was so incredibly proud of, and she spent every waking minute making sure that not only her children and grandchildren, but everyone who came into her life, knew what it truly meant to be a part of her family.

Being a mother was one of the greatest parts of Patty’s life, but becoming “Gigi” brought an entirely new kind of love and happiness into her world. Her children always knew they could call her for anything, whether they needed advice, someone to listen, or simply someone to talk to. And when it came to her grandchildren, there was nothing she loved more than being their Gigi. They were her pride and joy, and she made sure each and every one of them knew just how deeply they were loved. The bond she shared with her children and grandchildren was something that could never be replaced, and the memories they made with her will be carried with them for the rest of their lives.

Everyone Patty crossed paths with was loved by her in a way that was unique to them. She had a way of giving each person the love, happiness, and support they needed and deserved. She never hesitated to welcome anyone and everyone into her life and into her home when they needed a place to belong, a helping hand, or simply someone to love them. Family, to Patty, was never limited to blood. If she loved you, you were family, and once you were part of her family, you always had a place with her.

For that, we will be forever grateful.

Even in her passing, all of those who loved her can find comfort in knowing that Patty’s story does not end here. Her legacy will continue to live on through her children, her grandchildren, her family, and every single heart she touched along the way.

Her time with us may have been cut far too short, but the love she gave so freely will never leave us. Instead, it will continue to grow through all of us as we carry her love, her memory, and everything she taught us forward in her honor.

She created a family built on love, and that love will be her legacy forever.

Family and friends are invited to join us in honoring and remembering Patty at her viewing on Sunday, July 26, 2026  from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Slabinski Sucharski Funeral Home, located at 2614 Orthodox Street, Philadelphia, PA 19137. (Parking on premises)

Following the viewing, everyone is invited to join the family for a Celebration of Life beginning at 2:30 PM at VFW Post 2, located at 4638 Richmond Street, Philadelphia, PA 19137, where we will come together to share memories, celebrate Patty’s life, and remember the incredible woman, mother, Gigi, partner, sister, daughter, and friend that she was.

While we wish more than anything that we had been given more time with her, we will forever be grateful for the time we did have and for the love she gave us that will last a lifetime.
