Joseph "Jerry" G. Comerford

Joseph G. Comerford "Jerry" passed away surrounded by his loving family on May 13, 2026. Beloved husband to Sandra L. (nee Sheppard). Loving father of Kimberly Gillespie (Armand Rania), Heather Frey (Eric) and Patrick Comerford. Dear Pop Pop of Kellyann and Gabriella, Ryan and Colette and Zachary, Jonathan and Julia. Great grandpop to Aria, Sienna, Cole and Aiden. Jerry is the brother of the late Dolores End.

Jerry worked at Rohm & Haas (Bridesburg Plant) for over 33 years until his retirement in 2000. He was very proud of his accomplishment in graduating Community College of Philadelphia with his Associates degree and a 4.0 GPA. Later on, Jerry really enjoyed the game of golf and spending his days on the course.

Relatives and friends are invited to Jerry's funeral services on Thursday June 25, 2026 precisely at 11am at Washington Crossing National Cemetery, 830 Highland Road, Newtown, PA 18940. If you plan to attend, please arrive at the cemetery no later than 10:45am and wait on the funeral procession side. We will be taken as a funeral procession precisely at 11am to a committal shelter within the cemetery where Air Force military honors will be rendered.
