Joseph Carmichael

CARMICHAEL Joseph Jr., age 60, on December 15, 2020. Beloved husband of Teresa (nee DiMartino). Father of Shawyntae, Joseph La Mont (U-meka), Melissa (John) and Brittney. Loving grandfather of Shayantae, Jihad, Rahim, Anijah, Sanaa, Reese, Xavier, Joseph and Julia. Great grandfather of Hyzear, Randy, Carter, Robeia and Jihad. Brother of Rebecca Johnson (the late Eddie), John, Erma Wiley (Reginald), Timothy, Tanya, Eric and the late Robin Kirkland. Joe is survived by many nieces and nephews, cousins and loved ones. He leaves many friends to mourn his passing. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing and funeral Saturday, December 19, 2020 from 3-5pm at the Slabinski Sucharski Funeral Home, 2614 Orthodox St., Phila., PA 19137. Services will begin at 5pm. Services at 5pm are only for a limited capacity due to Covid 19 restrictions. Interment will be held privately in Resurrection Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in Joe's memory to the National Kidney Foundation at Kidney.org would be appreciated by his family.
