John Strok

John Strok passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Saturday March 21, 2026 at the age of 72. Beloved husband of Beverly (nee Colflesh). Devoted and loving father of Holly Sroka. John worked for 23 years for the City of Philadelphia in building maintenance. He is also suvived by nieces, nephews, dear friends and neighbors. John was a simple man. He enjoyed being down the shore, camping and fishing. He was a true animal lover and cared deeply for all animals.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather on Friday, March 27, 2026 from 10:30am-11:30am at the Slabinski Sucharski Funeral Home, 2614 Orthodox St. Philadelphia, PA 19137 (Parking on premises).

In lieu of flowers, donations in John's memory to the Meraki Animal Sanctuary, merakianimalsanctuary.com, would be greatly appreciated by his family.
