John Patrick O'Keefe

John Patrick O'Keefe "Jack" passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on March 31, 2026 at the age of 82. He is the son of the late John and Mabel O'Keefe. Beloved husband of over 64 years to Constance H. (nee Pytel). Dear dad of Karen Kuntz (Gerard), John P. O'Keefe, III (Georgeanne), Kenneth O'Keefe (Jennifer), Timothy and Brian O'Keefe. Devoted Pop Pop Jack to Danielle, Alex, Emily, John, Erin, Aubrey, Maddison, Kaitlyn, Maggie, Jack, Megan, Christopher and 4 great grandchildren. Jack is also survived by his siblings Patricia Jacobs, Thomas O'Keefe and Kathleen Strangler. He will be dearly missed by many nieces, nephews and their families.

Jack was a proud Class of 1961 graduate of Northeast Catholic High School. He pursued a career where he worked as a safety coordinator at the Rohm & Haas plant in the Bridesburg community for many years. He was the Boy Scout Troop 120 leader and was a member of the Greater Kensington String Band. Jack and his family were active parishioners of St. Bartholomew Parish and after retirment Jack found his happy place to be down the shore, where he enjoyed his time resting on the beach and watching the waves come and go. Jack will be dearly missed by his family, friends and neighbors.

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing and funeral Wednesday, April 8, 2026 beginning at 9am at St. Bartholomew Church, Cheltenham and Harbison Aves. Please enter the parking lot off of Cheltenham Ave. and park in the parking lot behind the church.The funeral home staff will direct you where to park. Jack's funeral mass will follow at 10:30am Interment Our Lady of Grace Cemetery, Langhorne, PA.
