John Damiano

John ""Dome"" Damiano age 51, of Philadelphia, passed away on February 14th, 2023.

He was the devoted father of John Damiano and Nicole Damiano, a proud Pop-Pop of Ava Jane and Grayson John, and a loving son of Albert Damiano and was preceded in death by his mother Kate McCafferty. He also will be sorely missed by his three siblings, his extended relatives, and his significant group of friends that he considered his family.

John's antics were legendary, and those who knew and loved him will forever have a great amount of his stories to tell. He said what he meant, and meant what he said. Throughout the years, John's love of hockey had him playing on different teams, but his love of the sport and the friends that turned into family within the Scorcher's always had a huge place within John's life.

Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate his life on Tuesday evening February 21st from 6 PM to 8 PM and on Wednesday from 10 AM to 11 AM at the Slabinski Sucharski Funeral Home 2614 Orthodox Street, Bridesburg. His funeral ceremony will be held on Wednesday morning 11 AM and his interment will be held at a later date.
