Joan M. Pardo
Our beloved Joan M. Pardo passed away peacefully on April 28, 2025, surrounded by the love and comfort of her family. She was the proud and devoted mom of Donna Marie Taweel and a loving aunt to Allison Kalpokas (Tom) and Johnny Boggs (Carrie).
Joan lived life with joy and laughter. She could always be found lighting up the dance floor — and wasn’t shy about jumping on stage with the band to keep the party going. She loved a good card game, especially Scat, and she treasured the lifelong friendships she shared with her dear group of girlfriends, the “Dirty Dozen,” who meant the world to her. Some of her happiest memories were spent enjoying summers in North Wildwood, soaking up the sunshine, the music, and the simple joys of life by the shore.
Family and friends are invited to join us in celebrating Joan’s beautiful life on Friday, May 2nd, from 12 PM to 3 PM at Paddy Whacks Irish Pub, 9241 Roosevelt Boulevard.
• 12 PM to 1 PM: A time to greet Joan’s family with love and support
• 1 PM: Words of Remembrance to honor her memory
• 1 PM to 3 PM: Reception with food, drinks, and plenty of stories and laughter, just the way Joan would want it
We look forward to gathering together to remember and celebrate the incredible life of someone who brought so much joy to ours.
