Joan M. Lombardi passed away on January 16, 2022. Wife of the late Dominick. Beloved mother of Dominick F. Lombardi (Doreen) and Barbara M. Smith (Donald). Also sadly missed by her grandchildren Dominick F. Lombardi, Jr. , Kevin Lombardi, Amanda M. Smith (Kyle), Chelsea L. Smith (Anthony), Christopher S. Smith (Emily) and her great-grandchildren Harper Smith, Gavin Smith and Stella Moscufo. Joan Lombardi , a beautiful woman and wondrous soul. A kind , compassionate, caring person who made everyone she ever met feel loved and accepted. She took joy in life's simple things. She loved her lottery, bingo and spending time with her grandchildren as well as her great-grandchildren. She cherished all her time spend with the ones she loved. She was best friends with her daughter Barbara and loved her son Dominick. She could make a delicious meal, crack a joke and lighten the mood, and always with a cup of coffee in her hand. She loved her pets and having her independence. We all looked up to her with guidance , input and help with our everyday lives. Joan, our angel, blessed all of our lives. Her life was love, strength, beauty, kindness, magic and so much more. All who got to be embraced by her spirit and touch will remember her infinity. With all our love we will keep her memory alive forever and honor her ancestry.Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Monday, January 24, 2022 beginning at 11 AM at the Slabinski Sucharski Funeral Home, 2614 Orthodox St., Philadelphia, PA 19137. Services 1 PM. Burial to follow at New Cathedral Cemetery.
