Jessie V. (nee Ives), age 91, passed away peacefully on December 27, 2025 surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of the late William J. Culver. Devoted mom to Patricia Eldridge (Ricky). Gram and G-mom to Jeremy Culver (Julie), Richard Eldridge III and William Eldridge. Great grandmom to Landon, Gavin, Aurora and Easton Culver. Jessie is now at peace forever with her sister Rose Hillman. She is also survived by her nephew Joe Gossner (Karen), niece Roni Ann Walker (Mark) and her devoted neighbors Judy Irizarry and Jason Acevedo. She will also be missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and their families.

Jesse truly loved her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She embraced her love of oldies music and the Philadelphia Phillies. Jessie now has the best views of the Phillies games and all the Coors lights you can imagine. She was deeply loved and will be greatly missed.

Services and interment will be held privately at the convenience of her family.
