Genevieve "Jean' Root Sheltman Adkins peacefully passed on Saturday, September 11, 2021. She was predeceased by her parents, Al and Sophie Floczak. She is survived by her beloved husband, Jim Root, three sons, Danny (Patricia) Adkins, Wayne (Kim) Sheltman and Karl Sheltman, her 5 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren, Jim's daughters Melissa, Rebecca and his 5 grandchildren. There will be a private service for the immediate family at St. Valentine's Cemetery in the future.
