Frank R. Kowalski, 83, passed away on February 9, 2024. Beloved husband of Elaine (nee Shilkitus). Loving father of Frank Kowalski, and James Kowalski (Lisa). Also sadly missed by his grandchildren James Alexander Kowalski, Thomas Costello, John Costello and Lisa Costello. Services were held privately at the convenience of his family.
