Christine J. Nowak

Christine J. Nowak (nee Orsino) on May 27, 2020. She was born in 1960 in Philadelphia (Bridesburg). Daughter of the late George Orsino and Joan Orsino (nee Karpinski). Beloved mother of Brian Nowak (Ashley). Also sadly missed by her grandson Connor Nowak. Dear sister of George Orsino (Carole) and Debra Warner (J.R.). Loving aunt of Colleen Mellwig (Robert), Joseph Orsino and Danielle Creech (Jason) and their families. She fought, persevered, and struggled until the Lord called her home on May 27, 2020. Her strength and tenacity were a source of inspiration for many. She worked tirelessly at both Transitions and Handi-Crafters, even while enduring ongoing chemotherapy. She would light up instantly when she would see family, friends and coworkers. Her love for her son and grandson was unconditional. Thinking back, it's truly immeasurable on how many lives she touched. Those who she knew will remember her for her generous spirit, big heart, and contagious laugh. The family would like to express our sincere gratitude for all those that took care of our Mom, Sister, Aunt, Cousin, and most importantly our friend.
