CATHERINE S. "KAY", 96, (nee Sikowski). Widow of the late William J. Gendek, passed away on August 6, 2015 at Brookdale Assisted Living facility. Kay was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pa and moved to Port Charlotte, Fl in November 1993. She was a retired hairdresser who had her own shop for many years in the Olney section of Philadelphia. She is survived by various nieces and nephews. A Funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, Sept. 1, 2015 at St. Charles Borromeo Church, Port Charlotte, Fl. Graveside services and burial will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 8th at 11 A.M. at the Shrine of Our Lady of Czestochowa Cemetery, 654 Ferry Rd., Doylestown, Pa. 18901-5509.
