Benny W. Krol

Benny W. Krol, 98, passed away on August 6, 2025. Son of the late Konstanty and Mary Krol. Beloved husband of Frances (nee Kornaga). Loving father of Jane Slaterbeck (Thomas), Karen Brody (James) and Robert B. Krol (Julia). Also sadly missed by his grandchildren Rev. Matthew Brody, Kaitlin Brody, Olivia Farris (Ryan) and Isabella Kluzinski and his great grandson Lucas Farris. A passionate Phillies and Eagles fan. Benny was known for his sense of humor. He was a World War II veteran and proud Legionnaire. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Saturday, August 9, 2025 beginning at 10 AM at St. Richard's Church, 3010 S.. 18th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19145. Funeral Mass 11 AM. Burial will take place at Washington Crossing National Cemetery, Newtown, PA at a later date. In lieu of flowers, please consider donations in Benny's memory to St. Richard's roof fund.
