ALLAN, on January 17, 2016. Beloved husband of Elizabeth Handly, loving father of Mindy, Michael, Lori, Deborah, Richard, Deanna, and the late Denise. Also survived by loving grandchildren, great grand-children and his sister Lenora (John). Relatives and friends are invited to his Graveside Service and military honors Wednesday 10:30 A.M. precisely in Washington Crossing National Cemetery.
